What is Dosell and who can use the service?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dosell is a medication robot designed to facilitate safer and easier medication management at home. Prior to the launch of Dosell Consumer, medication robots were typically only accessible through home healthcare services or public healthcare systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to add my bankcard to get a free month?<\/summary>

Yes. Apply the discount code at the same time you add your bankcard details. If you later do not want to continue use Dosell you will have to terminate your subscription before the next payment to not be charged the upcoming month. You terminate the subscription in the app under subscriptions. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How do I attach the discount code?<\/summary>

How do I splice my sachet roll with a new?<\/summary>

Choose \u2018\u2019Load sachet roll\u2019\u2019 in the app and then \u2013> \u2018\u2019Splice sachet strip\u2019\u2019, follow the instructions. Splice the sachet roll on the back of the sachet strip. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I ran out of splice tape, how do I get a new one?<\/summary>

What happens if I splice on the front of the sachet strip?<\/summary>

Dosell will most likely send the alarm \u2018\u2019Failed to read next time of dispensation\u2019\u2019 and you will have to re-load the strip. The tape may interfere with the camera in Dosell and result in difficulties reading the information on the sachet.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

There are new\/ different times on my new sachet strip compared to the old, can I still splice them together?<\/summary>

No, if the time on the strips varies you should not splice them together but let the old strip run out before loading with the new one. This because Dosell by safety reasons stops the dispensing if there is a different dispensing schedule in the middle of the strip. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I am trying to load Dosell with a new sachet strip but fail. What am I doing wrong?<\/summary>

There could be several reasons, ensure below:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Led-light 1 is green, the power cord is connected <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Led-light 2 is off or green <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enter a date for \u2018\u2019last day of dispensation\u2019\u2019 that is longer than 2 days ahead <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
